This document outlines the terms governing your use of the Jipangishe platform.

TERMS OF USE & LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. INTRODUCTION

This Terms of Use and License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Jipangishe App, owned and operated by JIPANGISHE AGENCY.
By using the App, platform, website, or any service related to JIPANGISHE, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or related services.

2. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, systems, code, business models, user experience design, and content within the Jipangishe App are the sole intellectual property of Watson Jailos Bimbas.
No part of the system may be copied, resold, reverse-engineered, modified, or reused without express written permission from the agency.

3. LICENSE GRANT

JIPANGISHE AGENCY grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purposes including:

  • Accessing rental listings,
  • Booking relocation services,
  • Making rental-related payments,
  • Advertising housing or land properties.

Any other use requires written authorization.

4. PROHIBITED USES

  • Replicate or resell the Jipangishe App or its business model;
  • Use the App or related services for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
  • Impersonate the Jipangishe brand in any format (name, logo, system).

5. COMMERCIAL LICENSE TERMS

Anyone or any business interested in using the Jipangishe system or its business model commercially must:

  • Enter into a separate License Agreement,
  • Pay a royalty fee of 45% of gross monthly revenue from any similar platform,
  • Settle royalty payments on or before the 7th of each month.

Failure to comply will be treated as intellectual property infringement.

6. TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT

Violation of these Terms will result in immediate suspension of your license and may lead to:

  • Legal action,
  • Fines and compensation,
  • Permanent ban from the system.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

At Jipangishe App, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Here’s how we handle your data:

  1. Information We Collect:
    Your name, phone number, location, housing preferences, and landlord/property details.
  2. Purpose of Collection:
    To provide personalized rental services and improve user experience.
  3. Data Confidentiality:
    We do not share your data with third parties without your written consent.
  4. Data Security:
    Your data is stored securely, and we implement technical safeguards to protect it.
  5. Data Deletion:
    You may request that your account and personal data be permanently deleted at any time.
  6. Cookies & Tracking:
    We may use cookies and activity tracking to enhance performance and functionality of the app.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and all disputes shall be settled within its legal jurisdiction.

9. USER CONSENT

By using the Jipangishe App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Any future updates to these policies will be communicated through in-app messages or email notifications.
